Dolenjske Toplice Slovenia

Dolenjske Toplice is a settlement, the center of the municipality of Dolenjske Toplice. Dolenjske Toplice is located at the western end of the Novomeška valley, next to the Sušica stream, and at the junction of the local roads of Novo mesto, Gorges and Podturna. The old nucleus of the settlement is next to the Baroque church of St. Anne of 1648, which has preserved Gothic windows in the presbytery. On the south side of the church, the remains of an old camp wall with guns are preserved. On the hill of Cvinger west of the settlement was a prehistoric fortified settlement, which experienced a boom in the fifth and fourth centuries BC
